First you need to apply the lycopodium in the tube using a cone. That you can apply the paraffin by a siringe.
From this moment you set the licopodium in the tube, you must keep the head of the cane. Light the cane, making sure there are no people or any flammable material within approximately 6-Merter diameter. If the space is safe, you can swing the rod strongly.
