This brand new version of our Podpoi has a pure silicone pod, soft but very robust, in which the luminous LED rechargeable system slips naturally without screwing. With a simple press from the outside of the Tulpod you can turn the LED system on and off or even change programs.
Our Tulpod comes with its remote control that will allow you to change programs without even touching the podpoi. Recharging is intuitive: the usb cable provided allows you to fully recharge the podpoi in just an hour and a half, which corresponds to around 4 hours of practice.
The rope is attached to a loop inside the Pod, ensuring perfect resistance. The silicone ball handle will allow you to perform tricks normally reserved for Poi contact, by providing a significant counterweight in addition to a pleasant grip.

The current version comes with a thin black cord fitted, but we also offer the white cord as shown in the images. To attach the stronger white cord, simply tie it to the riibon inside the Tulp's head and thread it up to the silicone handle.

the bolas have batteries, and last 4 hours between 2 charges, is this confirmed? (Usually, bolas in this price range last 1h / 1h30 and yet they are not connected to a remote control) I confirm that you can use the Poi for 4h between two charges. Indeed, as you say, most models in this price range only last 1h/1h30 because they rely on button cell batteries, whereas the TULPOD diode is made with a larger size rechargeable lithium battery suitable exclusively for the product which gives the owner a much longer play time.
Is it possible to change the colors on the bolas, without using the remote control? It is possible to change the LED color without the remote control, but it is not recommended. This is because the bottom of the outer silicone shell is just below where the diode inserts. As the unit is mounted upside down, this means you can press through the bottom of the Tulp to turn the unit on and off or change programs.
are the bolas under warranty? The plastic seems slightly open on the "edges" of the bolas, which gives me the impression that they are quite flimsy. I know it's important to take care of the bolas, but they get knocked easily, because of the practice. Yes, I guarantee the product for one year. I've never had a problem with the silicone case, even after selling thousands of this model. The silicone buttons are just as strong. As I explain in the description, the original rope is not to my satisfaction and that's why I provide 2 strong white ropes with the package before sending.
The part of the TULP shell that you see open is a design element that allows you easy access to the inside of the shell to recharge or change the LED unit inside. You can crush the shells with a tank and they won't break. This is the advantage of using silicone.
