Aurora Pro has arrived and is better than ever. After listening to all the feedback from our super duper hooper friends, the tubing gauge was reduced to 20 and the overall diameter to 86cm (33.85 inches). We believe this creates a faster, more responsive hoop suitable for more advanced players. We've also ditched the old 3-pin mains charging and opted for a USB rechargeable 1100mAh rechargeable lithium battery (charging cable included).
The new removable battery allows the hoop to be charged on the go using a power bank. You can also buy extra batteries (coming soon) so you can charge one while you use the other. Switching to the detachable system means the circle has a small section (about 20cm) with no LEDs, but this is not visible as long as the circle is spinning and we think it is worth more than the flexibility of having detachable batteries .
The 76 ultra-bright RGB LEDs enable over 300 different functions, including white, red, green, blue, yellow, cyan, and magenta, plus plenty of changing, pulsing, and strobe effects to start talking (all with variable speed control :) . All functions are available at your fingertips, using the mini remote control and up to 10 of your favorite functions can be preset for instant access using the customizable favorites menu.
The Aurora Pro's mini remote is smaller than a credit card and will fit easily into any costume without getting in the way of the hooper's movement. Alternatively, the remote is effective up to 10m away and can therefore easily be used by someone off the scene.
