Flaming Head
The assistant sits on a chair. Next to her is an empty tube sitting on a pedestal. The tube is shown 100% empty. Then the magician places a torch at the top of the tube. The top ignites and flames shoot out from the top of the tube! The magician places the lid on top of the tube to extinguish the flames. When the tube is lifted, the magician's assistant is 100% unscathed.
