The idea with this model is to save thread unlike most other brands where the thread runs the entire length of the wand.
So you block the thread by making a knot inside the cap at the top of each stick.
In our opinion this system is not very advantageous because unlike the models from Henry's or Nitro you have to predefine the length of wire you need and then cut the rest.
Thereafter you can only shorten the string which can become long and laborious for some of us. Also note that the string provided is basic and only measures 170cm long.
