  • By product price, PassePasse means the public price displayed on the product page of the site excluding any special promotional offer (discount code, gift voucher or other) excluding shipping costs.
    Reimbursement of the price difference is subject to the following conditions:
    The product must be identical: new product, same brand, same model, same color (same manufacturer reference) The competing offer must be offered by a site governed by French law in euros. The customer's request must be sent by email within a maximum of 48 hours of purchase. The offer is limited to one refund per person and per product purchased on the site.
