For over 20 years we have been selling to other shops and online retailers.
The Shopify platform that this website is based on is not ideal for this type of client as at the moment the prices are indicated including tax.
However, we have found a solution.
Firstly, make sure your email is registered with us.
This you can do by creating an account. If the email you put indicates its already used, we have it. If not please go ahead and finalize creating an account.
Then contact either the shop or myself, Chris and after verifying your status we will add the tag "REVENDEUR" to your client account.
This will give you just under 50% discount (HT) on most products, equivalent to a 33% discount from the public prices.
This program is currently in beta & we reserve the right to modify it in any way.
All orders must be paid upfront. If there is a difference in the final invoice you will be sent a modified invoice to pay or be refunded for that amount.

If the items are in stock, the order is shipped within 24 to 72 hours. The delivery time varies from one country to another. most wholesale orders are sent either with Chronopost that take 3 to 5 days for Western Europe, 8 to 12 days for the United States and Canada, and up to 21 days for the rest of the world. The delivery times mentioned above are merely indicative. If more than one parcel or palettes we will use Khune & Nagel to deliver too your shop or warehouse.
The announced deadlines are always calculated in working days, as from the validation of your order. In the case of a proforma payment, the time of preparation and delivery runs from the reception of the bank transfer. If, despite our vigilance, one or more items of the order is unavailable, we will inform the customer as soon as possible, by email or phone. Passe Passe can not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of the carrier, but will perform all the steps and research on behalf of the recipient.
All our goods travel at the risk and peril of the recipient to be checked on arrival and, if necessary, to formulate the reserves on the delivery note or with the carrier within 48 hours. In the event that no reservation is entered on the form or formulated with the carrier within the legal period, the recipient can not ask Passepasse for any compensation or compensation for loss, theft or damage. The shipping costs do not include insurance outside the legal insurance of 23 € / kg, but we can put one in place on request and at your expense.
By credit card, transfer, Paypal . International transfers are accepted but remain the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to charge any bank charges for payments received. Passe Passe reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a consumer who has not paid in full or even partially a previous order, or with whom a payment dispute is in progress. Payment by credit card is made at the time of finalization of the order on the website, through the secure site Cyber + Banque Populaire; bank details do not pass through our website, and are therefore not stored in a database.

Any defective item requiring a refund or exchange, unless agreed with the seller, must be returned and be declared as such by our sales department. Any return of article under warranty is accepted after written confirmation from us and at the expense of the customer. Any return of article deemed unjustified will be subject to a 10% increase. No complaint for missing item will be taken into account after a period of 7 days following delivery. Returns must be sent to PassePasse Sarl 2B2M, 46 rue Roger Salengro, Le Bouscat 33110.
In accordance with articles L-121-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a statutory withdrawal period of 14 working days from the receipt of the ordered goods. The ordered goods must be returned in their original packaging, in good condition and suitable for re-sale. The consumer may at this time, and within this period, request the exchange or refund of his merchandise, with the exception of the cost of return.
All merchandise remains the property of Passe Passe until full payment of the price. In case of dispute, the Commercial Court of Bordeaux will have sole jurisdiction, disputes with private customers fall under the jurisdiction of the civil court.

All our prices and conditions of sale are given subject to formal modifications, they are revisable at any time and without notice, including in case of manifest error. Our rates are calculated on the Euro basis. In case of force majeure (carrier strikes, state of war, etc. (non-exhaustive list), Passe Passe is released from any obligation towards its customers.The rates visible on the website may be different from the rates charged in our Parisian store. The photos on the Passe Passe website are not contractual, and non-substantial differences may exist between the demonstration photos on our website and the articles received by the customer.
